At ADO E-Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide proof of purchase.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully disassemble the e-bike if necessary and pack it securely in the original box with all chargers, tools, and manuals included to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated inspection facility for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians confirm the bike is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
