Do ADO E-Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all ADO E-Bikes come with a comprehensive warranty covering the frame for up to 10 years and core components like the motor, battery, and controller for 1 year.
Are ADO E-Bikes waterproof?
Our bikes feature an IPX5 waterproof rating, meaning they are resistant to splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization and receive shipping instructions.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Depending on the model and battery capacity, a full charge typically takes between 4 to 6 hours using the standard charger provided.
